They always contain other bad substances that are bad for you! My policy is eat everything in moderation. I do tend to use a lot of olive oil which is very good for you. Hello there Darren, thanks dear friend for all your great comments, messages, and compliments! Darren.... I know you mean everything you say and how honest you are!!! I'm the same honest and a very loyal friend! I still have to watch the end of your last drawing, Darren. I will write to you later on your private messages when I have five minutes. There is a sauce you can have Darren, But personally I prefer to have it with some salad they taste better! You can make the sauce by frying one onion and 2 garlic cloves until translucent in 2 tablespoons of olive oil. Add half a can of chopped tomatoes and fry gently until the sauce has thicken....
