Ευχαριστώ Πολύ I am attending a Greek school in the North of the UK and your lessons are absolutely brilliant as a supportive tool, well paced and so clear and if I or anyone can say that for imperative ‘mood’ then Big 👏🏼. Thank you, loving these as they’re a great help.

Nice! I think I know what does this mood refer to. In Arabic language we have it as a verb, it's to ask another people to do things. In English it's exist also but they use the main form of the verb, like: write, drink, do, etc...

Ανυπομονώ για αυτο το μάθημα για πολύ καιρό - άλλα άξιζε να το περιμένω :-) Σας ευχαριτώ πάρα πολύ. Ίσως θα μπορέσετε να μιλήσετε για τη δεύτερη (συνεχή) μορφή της προστακτική στο επόμενο μάθημα;

Χαίρομαι πολύ που σε βοήθησε ! Τα επόμενα μαθήματα είναι ήδη προγραμματισμένα! Θα τελειώσουμε την Απλή Προστακτική. Έπειτα, μπορώ να φτιάξω ένα μάθημα για τη Συνεχή Προστακτική!

So it's κοίταζε με or κοίταξε με ? "Look at me!"? It's "Άκουσε" or Άκου"? - "Listen!"? For some verbs it seems that there are two versions of imperative, and I don't know which is used more often, or are they even both correct? Thanks !
@greeklessonsonlinevideos
@greeklessonsonlinevideos 2 жыл бұрын
The first is continuous Imperative and the second short Imperative. Sometimes we use both versions no matter the situation. The verbs that you mentioned we use them equally.
