I used to watch and rewatch your video almost daily after I first went vegan in 2015, you really made your mark on the way I cook and eat (also considering I was 16 at the time), but having been in different kinds of school since then I never had (or have) the money for any membership and I'm sooo glad to be watching KZbin videos by you again!! Hey Lauren, so happy you discovered the domatokeftedes! I am greek and I have been subscribed to you for many years now and I am glad to see greek recipes on your channel! Actually the name "domatokeftedes" consists of 2 parts which are "domates=tomatoes" and "keftedes=meatballs" which refers obviously to their shape, because in Greece meatballs are not round but flattened like fritters. A+ on your pronunciation ☺ *Also, What a coincidence that you came to Greece this year and I just came back from Japan . It feels like an exchange of cultural appreciation 😂
