You made the pastry making look so easy. I have never made filo pastry but I shall have a go after watching your video. It looks amazing and I shall be adding a touch of dry mint or dill to my feta. The only negative comment I have is that Please stop wearing those black gloves, just wash your hands well, this is what we all do at home. No respectable big chef wears gloves to cook, it’s like pegging your nose and trying to taste the food. Not needed 🎄 Maria from UK 🎄
