I used to have amazing psychologist who used to help me get the golden then purple light & it was amazing to de-stress me for work but she went interstate for better job. I’ve tried many times to replicate it but it was her voice tone that was part of it, I can’t do that, so long ago now I can only just remember. Late 80s early 90s. It’s certainly amazing feeling & hopefully I’ll get to stage that my traumas pop like yours have. Eight years of persistent sexual abuse (10 - 17/18) plus other traumas on top of that, it needs long term therapy sadly lacking in Tassie.

Greelz bud, this a very feel and tone to your usual content at the start then it got better at the end. Although I haven't been watching your channel for very long.. Just wanna say a lot of comments on this vlog are just people kissing butt and telling you what you want to hear. Full love from me brother, this was not your best my friend in my humble opinion. I massively connected with your previous vlogs, you changed my life bro with information and ideas and heart and most of all helping me to realising I could be on a very similar spectrum so now I know where to look to get the actual help I need. Seems like you got a good little support network, that is crucial in hard times. Mad respect bro, and if you don't have that support network, you need to work on getting that in place. I'm working on that myself and it's wicked hard for me. I think because I'm on that same spectrum. But I'm getting there. I just get up and keep fighting, and do it not just for God but for all the boys who gave their life so that I could live my own life with freedom. Enjoy each day regardless and honour their sacrifice. I will end with a bible quote, with a bible quote. 'What the righteous desire will be granted' I have an opioid addiction that I now have to kick after having major spinal surgery. Without any help and I can tell you that it's ridiculously hard, nearly impossible. This was not a choice for me, I suffer with incredible physical pain.im just trying to say go easy on the judgement for addiction quite often we don't have all the information to have the right context

There is good & evil in everyone, and the choice is there for all of us to choose. The devil is part of organised religion which I don’t believe in but respect others right to do so. The bible is based on a selected bunch of scrolls by 5th century male priests from memory. I’ve read the ones not selected, when I studied religion. I believe in a higher power/spirit.
