Great breakdown and one awesome fight. I agree Bullseye has far more versatility than Ollie, but Ollie is still a very formidable opponent. One advantage Ollie does have are his trick arrows. When he see Bullseye can dodge or even catch his arrows, he shoot one of his area-of-effect arrows like a flash grenade or gas cloud. He doesn't have to hit Bullseye with the arrow for it to work. Flash grenade would be especially effective since it would affect Bullseye's perfect eye-hand coordination (at least temporarily). Bullseye probably still wins 7-8 times out of 10, but Ollie wild get at least a few victories if they fought on a regular basis.

I wish DC would give Bullseye an ability to charge objects with kinetic energy like Gambit,not enough to make them explode but enough to make the objects gain a lot more momentum then they would normaly.That would make more sence to hes power,a paper plane is just too light and fragile to actually hit somebody hard enough to hurt.But if it were super charged with kinetic energy then it would make sence.

I'm a Marvel fan, but I have to disagree. I know Ollie is just as accurate as Bullseye, If not more. Not only that, but Ollie can shoot anything Bullseye throws at him mid-air. Only way I can see Bullseye winning is hand to hand, and that's only because of his Adamantium laced infrastructure. However, these are two sharp shooters. I doubt it'll come down to hand to hand combat. Still, great vid!

I think Green Arrow would take it, assuming it is in an urban environment with some range. He could overwhelm Bullseye with multiple arrows of different types quickly. Even if manages to catch or dodge some of them, it seems unlikely he would avoid explosives and flashbangs 100%. Especially if he doesn't know what type of arrow is coming his way. If one flashbang gets him, I think its enough of an opportunity for Green Arrow to finish the job. Green Arrow - 7/10 for me

I agree bullseye: but Arrow in some instances could pull it off: he’s fought individual in class 15 tons and up . WW, Donna Troy, etc there strength and speed should surpassed Bullseye skeletal laced advantage. Red arrow was noted as being able to use any object as a weapon even tagging Slade before. Do it stands to reason Arrow can too. But bullseye hand to hand is ridiculous- he’s beaten Electra and comic book Ollie can’t come close to Black canary. Only caveat is Ollie’s arrows are usually structured to take out super-powered indiv so if Ollie uses those weapons then win: but Close quarters combat - bullseye definitely.
