One thing I really love about Mark is he could be in a 5 star hotel, staying in opulent luxury, or in a village far away, sitting on the floor, and he treats the people he meets with equal respect, finds the same joy in the experience, appreciates the food for itself, regardless of the fancy or simple presentation. Served on fine China or a simple worn plastic plate. Respect to Mark for his amazing attitude to life!

I am so jealous, I live in Bali and they don’t eat like this. There is a real lack of fresh veggies, and they are afraid to to try something new. I am growing veggies, chiles, and spices. I got a couple of families to grow food this year. They love it. Because of the rainy season chilies are really expensive at the market now, so they are stoked to grow their own. Keep up the good work. Peace, Dennis
