That gap might already be impossible to close, and if the Packers can't get the division crown this year it's very unlikely they will be able to sneak into the playoffs via the wildcard "backdoor". Packers now have a couple of rookies who can't catch, Cobb who was once explosive but past his prime and now injured, Watkins who never reached his expected potential and a few PS receivers. They should have been drafting a receiver 2 or 3 years ago.

Yeah Heinicke had a little rust but he hadn’t played it a while , he shook of that rust real quick after the int and during the 2nd half. Mr sack me Wentz would have been sacked 5 times and lost us the game and Heinicke was able to make the comeback and was only sacked once because he is very mobile. Right now Heinicke looks like the best path forward for this team.

@@davidanderson396 as a Packers fan, you’re right. But I counted 7 times in just the second half where the ball hit the receivers hands, and he dropped it. 2 for Doubs on 3rd downs. That itself is a game changer. Rodgers was putting the ball where it needed to be in todays game. I’m not saying he is having a good season, because he isn’t, but todays game was hard when he literally was putting it on guys hands.
