If an employer can sponsor me, Is it possible to get EB3 I 485 approved within the US if I don't apply OPT and use C8 EAD to wait? Should I get an H1B sponsor first to maintain status?

Hello. I do have some questions if you don't mind answering me back maybe it could be a question for somebody else. Mandamus is it a way to speed the case or just you get the green card without a judge seeing you in a court?

What happened when you file for asylum, let’s say January 2023. They they say in August 2023, asylum office administratively closed your case because of lack of jurisdiction. It further says, if in applicant is in proceedings with EOIR, they should RE-FILE i-589 with immigration court. Im confused, i thought once you file with USCIS, they then send it to EOIR when they’re done. They claim they denied my EAD because records check indicates no pending Asylum with immigration court. But I can log on to EOIR WEBSITE and see my case pending.Am i missing something? Why they say Re-file, and DENIED EAD

Your video and the subject sound interesting. I want to apply for NIW, and I would like to adjust my status through I 485 or 245A. When I applied for asylum, I was in status (F1), and then I fell out of status after graduation and I did get OPT (my lawyer did not advise me to get it). How can I adjust it, or must I do a consulate process?
