Learn how to make Green Chicken Potato Patties | chutney wali chicken patties ~ Bohra Style
Ingredients:
Boneless Chicken-250g
mint leaves-1/2 bunch
coriander-1/2 bunch
5-6 green chillies
pepper powder-2 tsp
green capsicum-1 piece
garlic-7-8 pods
ginger garlic paste-2 tsp
lemon juice-2 tbsp
chopped curry leaves
2 large boiled Potatoes
for coating patties:
semolina & eggs
Instruction:
Step -1 (preparing green chutney)
grind together (coriander leavrs, mint leaves, green chillies, lemon juice and salt ) Keep aside
Step -2 (boiling Chicken)
Boil Chicken in a ginger-garlic paste and add 1 glass of water ~ Cover and cook for 15-20 Minutes.
- after open lid and saute untill chicken water dries.
-once chicken cools ~grind in a mixi or in a Chopper -(keep aside)
Step-3
-Heat 3 tbsp oil
-saute curry leaves & chopped garlic untill turns golden
-then add chopped green capsicum~saute for 1 minutes.after add Lemon juice and stir for 1 minute.
-now add Boiled Potatoes,salt & Pepper powder and stir untill well combined.
- Add Prepared green chutney & boiled Chicken ~ stir well untill well combined.
_now make a round chicken patty ~lightly coat in a Semolina And Dip into Egg Mixture.
- once all patty ready ,rest for 5 Minutes.
-deep fry medium flame.
-enjoy with your favourite chutney.
