Nah, it never was even made. It was some technological based horror movie they were attached to in 98 and 99 (this interview definitely didn't happen in 2003)

Me da verguenza ajena la entrevista que le hicieron...por dios..una porqueria y la entrevistadora..no tenia idea de con quien estaba hablando. Que manera de desperdiciar una oportunidad de conocerlos mas aun. Si fuera uno de ellos le clavaba el microfono en el ojo y me iba a la mierda.

if you mean the american idiot movie, then no. they are in a punk rock documentary called Punk's Not Dead. and there's one for green day based on things shot on tour and in the recording studio in 2004. that's called Heart Like a Hand Grenade. as for this horror movie, unfortunately the answer is no. =(
