Yes exaclty. I have been there. It was frustrating to see that I was almost the only one who was freaking out cause of them. And I am not even a fan. I just like the music and I love festivals. I think this is typically for germans unfornately.... I am german, too... I always thought that I am "overacting" haha... Now it seems to me that I am actually completely normal in that case 🙄😅

I've spent 15 years thinking he says "Lights out" in German at 2:42. I always thought it must have sucked for them to have to say their usual phrase for that part of the show in the middle of a sunny German day.
