Green Garlic n Makai Thepla
Ingredients :
Fresh Green Garlic Chopped - 1/2 cup
Fresh Meth Chopped - 2 cup
Coriander Chopped - 1/4 cup
Makai Atta- 2 cup
Wheat flour - 1 cup
Green chilli 3 + fresh haldi + ginger + lemon and Make a Paste and add below
Green paste - 2 tbsp
Carom seed - 1 tsp
Hing - 1/2 tsp
Salt - as per taste
Ghee Or oil - 1 tbsp
Fresh Malai Or Curd - 1/4 cup
Til - 1 tbsp
Boiled potatoes - 2 no
Combine all the ingredients in a deep bowl and knead in to a soft dough using enough water
Divide the dough in to 10 equal portion
Roll out each portion using a little wheat flour for rolling
Heat nonstick tava and cook each thepla on a medium flame using a little oil, till it turns golden brown in colour from both sides.
Serve hot with curd or pickle or potato sabji
