The Spectacular Spider-Man's Green Goblin is my personal favourite, mainly because they went all-out with making him as similar to the Joker as possible. He's a wisecrack, a quipster and at the same time, a full-blown psychopath. Then as Norman, he's still an evil monster who's the reason behind so many of the birth of Spider-Man villains. Plus, Steve Blum just nails the voice as Gobby. Willem Dafoe's Goblin is a close second!

Agree. In general almost every Spider-Man fan think like u. "Spectacular Spider-Man" isn't just the best adaptation of Spidey. But had the best portrayal of the Goblin and Spider-Man of all (very cómic accurate). Dafoe's Gobby is for sure the second greatest and all the split personality thing they add to the character was pretty cool and functional to the movie.

@@TheShape45 Well, no. Osborn was evil and cruel from the start but the Goblin serum made him go crazy and turned him in a (more) dangerous sociopath. He's like Peter and Spidey, the same person but as long as they put their costumes, they act in a different way. When Osborn use his costume, he is the real Norman. In the '90 series he had the famous split personality that was used later in the movies. In the original cómics they hint that Gobby could be another personality (issue 97 maybe) but just two or three issues later was revealed that wasn't a real SP but just an acting of Osborn. The laughing ginger is just pure evil and nuts 😅

See while both Norman and Goblin are good, I just don't like the fact that Norman never really acts like the Giblin even after getting unmasked. And just getting a different voice for the Goblin was a bit of a cheat IMO. Ivan Ross did both Goblin and Norman in the 90s show and you would never have guessed.

Personally I feel Ultimate Spider-Man Green Goblin was very overlooked true he was not really in the show a lot but when he was shit would go down. One example being is the time he brought down the shield Helicarrier all by himself Ultimate Spider-Man Goblin was a legit threat he even killed most of the Heroes in New York and Ruled the city in a future where Peter quit being Spider-Man he was the only one who could stop him this Goblin was a lethal combination of Brawn and Brain and I loved it he is easily my favorite goblin at the very least my favorite animated goblin.

My favorite Green Goblin's are the one from the 1994 show and the one in the first Spider-man Movie. My least favorite is the one from Spider-man Unlimited because he was a hero on that show which I absolutely hated because he's always meant to be a villain. Norman Osborn was the C.E.O of Oscorp who was testing a serum that exploded and the result cost him to lose his sanity and become the evil Green Goblin, Spider-Man's archenemy. Spider-man Unlimited (the TV show not the discontinued mobile game) was not a good Spider-Man show because he wasn't on his own Earth, didn't keep his regular costume, made Venom and Carnage piles of slime and made Green Goblin and Vulture heroes(which was a major no). I am a fan of Spider-Man just not a fan of Spider-Man Unlimited the show but at least the only justice was that it was canceled before the first season even finished which goes to show that to never change the original format and if it ain't broke don't fix it along with keep villains as villains(Green Goblin and Vulture)
