looks, like everything from you, absolutely amazing. I will try this. Chicken thighs are so much better than chicken breast, but I have deboned chicken wings in the freezer and they should be even better. I will marinate overnight, unless you tell me that's not good. Thanks!

The sukka recipe and this are so different from other dishes but so like the Indian food I had three, four decades ago in the UK or more recently in Sri Lanka.
