I just finished making a fourth one of these and found your video. It is kind of funny how that worked out.

Pretty good, the first 3 hulls were printed split like you showed, but the fourth was printed as one part on a Sovol SV04 printer. For some reason, I could not get the rudder and keel to print anymore, so I had to print the rudder split and make the keel by hand.

I designed a servo cassette for the boats and just put it in Thingiverse, along with a few pictures.

i think your wallthicknees sets too thin it would leak water

I actually did a simple water test and the shell holds water just fine. No leaking issues. :) The settings i ran made sure the layers fully adhered.
