was trying to rent these in Morocco - pure scam. They requested huge deposit , like 2k eur, extra insurance etc. Avoid, the worst experience i have ever had.

I have never heard of them in the US since Hertz Avis National Entreprise are known with best business practice in the world. Major companies will rent you a car for the agreed price upon and the extra full coverage is optional and that I will always recommend But green motion advertise car with no insurance at all like car dealership In Morocco they ask for $2000 deposit and 600$ for 10 days rental additional to 500$ 😂 that's a down payment for Tesla The funny part that the agent quoted me the total before I provide any piece of information which reveal that they are trained to rippoff renters

Omg they complexly ripped me off while I was in Puerto Rico charged me for tolls that I never used, $$173.44 over charged and charged me to be picked up and drop off at the airport, site said free shuttle. I had the same issues as you they said it was all mandatory. Made me sign for it and would not let me get the car if I didn’t use theirs. I declined it too. Forced me too and I did email them my insurance.

You need to explain that to the rental company prior to renting, if not, you could get double charged.

Just to clarify, does the $19 daily fee for the toll transponder exclude or include the toll charges?

it suppose to include the tolls, making it "unlimited"... but the big issue is that if you just use it once, you'll still be over charged. But unfortunately south Florida removed toll booths to pay in person

In Puerto Rico there are like 6 tolls and none of them did I use. Yes the real price was .60 not $12. How can we get our money back?

You need to start by filling out a complain with the company... if that doesn't work; if you used a major credit card, use them to help you get your money back

I have been doing all of this and now I am on another level of complaints. Even spoke to the Attorney general of Puerto Rico consumer repair.

This was one of the worst experience I ever had Making reservation over a 3rd party but at green motion office u will be hit with 3X the advertised Total cost False advertisement bait and switch This company should be banned on any major platform such as Priceline or Expedia. Not to mention 5% tread life for the tires and poor painting quality that shows those cars been used enough to be retired from rental fleet I have documented this behavior I'm just waiting for my lawyer to take legal action

We love Green motion❤ travels in town. They give them a great price they pick them up quickly. They get them back to the airport quickly and they are happy with the cars are brand-new in Orange County and a great trip.❤😊

@@dorothyoreyzi7973 may be in the US cause they Can not cross the line with better business bureau and small claim in court But in 3rd world countries they subsidize the business to scammers to run a multinational car rental they show their prices as the lowest on the list but once you gona be dropped at their location just get ready to be ripped off

Noi abbiamo avuto un esperienza tragica in Atene prenotato online con ritiro in aeroporto poi li ci accorgiamo che c'è una navetta che ci aspetta e ci porta a 20 minuti dall'aeroporto e li ci volevano vendere un sovraprezzo del doppio perché dicevano che non avevano più la macchina piccola. Finisce im un accesa diatriba e con polizia chiamata. Morale ci lasciano senza macchina nel bel mezzo del nulla e abbiamo dovuto prendere un taxi per tornare in aeroporto. Manco gli zingari di comportano così. Megli affittare da un principe rom . Bafantuculo green motion
