love how Blake brings a crazy ass Hammond organ tone to this show for that solo... he knows where he is

Blake had all the boys on stage bending an ear to his groove!

the way Matt Murphy looks at Blake Mills, then turns to Booker T. and grins, just shows he thinks this kid is somethin else

anyone who follows after blake just feels like they're missing something... as if a point of an argument/ statement went over their heads and they went off on a tangent. Everything blake played in his solo seemed to be designed to give you a new, compelling narrative to pay attention to, but also keep it completely in service to the groove the whole time

Here in Israel, Eran Sabag uses Green Onions to open his show on Galei Zahal (Israel Army Radio). It never gets old.

This is the best version of Green Onions.

Jose Trepat (Disc jockey) Soberbio, espectacular este "súper blues" de Booker T. Jones y sus amigos, como siempre. Dios guarde a este genio de la música. Quiza una de las mejores versiones de "Cebollas Verdes".
