Loved the video. The one constant is the ocean, the lava creates, covers, wipes out and renews, the ocean is always there. That tiny patch of vegetation where you parked surrounded by barrenness - remarkable.

StrangeHawaii there’s a tilt shift time lapse effect which the angle of the lens removes some perspective and makes the view look like a things are in miniature, with one area in focus and surroundings a bit blurry, check it out on yt, it’s fascinating, baffles me how exactly it’s done though, think you can use a special lens or even do it by photo shopping it after
