Nice drive video. I was out there earlier this year for a couple months. It was a real nice town. Very clean and mostly retired or military community. People were very friendly and kept to themselves. Had to go back over seas but when I go back to the states I'll definitely be back in that city again. BTW, I'm glad your posting videos again. My biggest concern even if I could afford a home are the dictators in most HOA's. I'd have to live somewhere without a HOA. I lived in Tucson for about 12 years and would move back in a heartbeat if I could Great video by the way

Green valley is cooler than phoenix. Right now it’s 74 degrees in green valley and 105 in Phoenix at 7:18 p.m. it’s usually 10 to 15° cooler in Green Valley versus Phoenix. Thank you for asking and thank you for watching.

I love Green Valley, grew up going out here to my grandparents house at 101 Calle Nogal in the Country Club Vistas 2. Early 80's until they moved to Las Vegas in 93. The Safeway used to be Lucky's, CVS was Thrifty's and the True Value hardware used to be called Coast to Coast.

Lots of hospitals North west hospital is actually down the street maybe 5 mins from my house. You have banner hospital not too far. Lots of medical too choose from especially since it’s a retirement community.

There are 15 Golf courses in the Green Valley area :) 4 more local south of Green Valley and 35 in Tucson

My house and community I live in does not require 55+. I heard the ones that do is some one in the house hold has to be 55+ to buy or rent in those locations.

In some area such as Sahaurita there is no age restrictions also homes outside GVR have no age restrictions. Any and all area under the GVR umbrella have 55+ restrictions.
