This is very important information for anyone who plans to put a home of any type on raw land. The rules, laws, permits and regulations are huge - but then you have to DO all of the work. Ugh-the electrical was the worst! So hot too! I think my favorite part was the building of the front and back decks. They expand your living area to the outside especially the back deck. I remember all of it. Looking back, it's amazing how much you've accomplished since you purchased your new land! The actual house move was definitely a nail-biter moment!
