Thanks for the information and instructions on how to apply Boric Acid with the Duster . This is our first time doing this ourselves. Although we have not so far had any bugs, ants or roach problems in our home. We decided to be one step ahead BEFORE they do become uninvited guests into the home. That Duster made It so easy to apply the Boric Acid without making a mess. I remember growing up seeing my grandparents applying Boric Acid around their house inside and outside. My grandpa would say '' This the kind of stuff you use to keep uninvited or unwanted guests out your house''. We not only applied Boric Acid in crack and crevices but as you instructed especially in places that are hot or warm (kitchen , laundry room, appliances, Family Boat, Lakehouse) etc. THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR SHARING INFORMATION!!!!! Applying boric acid is far better than calling an exterminator for countless applications. Moved into a new apartment and had a huge roach problem on the top floor. The apartment office sent an exterminator three or four times and I kept seeing him every early morning when I would get up. Several months went by and still was able to see roaches every day. Did some research and went and bought some boric acid put it behind the microwave and down beside the stove and behind the refrigerator and poof! I never saw a roach again for 6 years.

Thank you so much for sharing this information. I've read the bottle and thought I was just putting down dust sparingly, but now I know exactly how sparingly. My home was infested with roaches #before I moved in, but I still see one here and there at night. So I just make sure there's no clutter in my home, food stays in the kitchen, dishes washed throughout the day and empty the trash every night. It's been 3 years and I've been able to keep the bugs away on my own so far.

I had roaches once in the kitchen of an apartment I rented once. It was gross. Thankfully it was a 1-BR and they were only in the kitchen. I'd come home from work every day and spray roach killer all over the kitchen. Take out all the drawers and spray the cabinets hoping I was not poisoning myself. Eventually i got rid of them, or at least they were scared enough to stay out of sight. I remember I'd be sitting in the living room or at the dining room table and my eye got trained to notice their little creepy antenna's as they would crawl around and come into view. I'd immediately jump up and spray.

I watched a lot of video's and yours was by far the best. I never really had a roach problem until I started renting a room out of my house. It was the worse thing I ever did . A long with not paying rent that person could of brought roaches into my house with his stuff. The stress of having a parasite in my house, and am talking about the renter, was bad enough. Getting a roach problem after kicking him out terrified me. There is one other thing I got from another video is (I live in Florida by the way) that they like humidity . Like an idiot I change my thermostat setting from 77 degrees to 81 degrees . Keeping it colder in the house i think also helps . The reason I changed thermostat setting is my electric bill went to 272 dollars for a small house.

In the mid 70’s my grandparents had roaches in their house and mostly in the kitchen. They didn’t speak English but one day they got this white powder and put around the wall edges. And a few weeks later, we didn’t have roaches anymore. I don’t know what it was called but it had a food smell to it (pre mixed Boric Acid?). Anyway,, I now find roaches in the bathroom and I suspect they are coming from the electrical fan/vent. She's 87 & losing her ever-loving mind and I know she's not comfortable living with both of those bugs so at the point we'll try anything, also if we treat on our own should pest guy still continue to spray whatever it is he even uses for the last 2 years for bedbugs and 6 months for roaches ! It's crazy how uniformed this guy is he tried to tell me they don't become resistant 🙄🙄 and to just move her cardboard boxes off the floor 🤦♀️🤦♀️ telling ya , we're dealing with a dumb dumb !

Much respect to you Sir. Ty for your honesty. It's easy to get roaches and I think that there is generally such a social stigma surrounding them that many are embarrassed about an infestation and don't tell/warn others. Many think that those who have roaches are just dirty/unclean, lower-income sorts but I'm betting you have customers from all walks and from all brackets of the socioeconomic spectrum am I right? How do you clean up dead bugs without removing crossfire?
