I hate them NOW, I'm still waiting for 1st phase of Stimulus and 2nd phase check stimulus aswell. I can't call them as a live person at ALL

So I had recently called customer service but you have to claim the card as stolen or lost then it’ll give you options to choose from but the option you want to choose is “speak with a specialist” it’s better then nothing and my issue was resolved with a live person speaking to me. Hope this info helps those with their own issues.. never using green dot again 🙄

@@erumsiddique2493 turns out the card that I had purchased I wasn’t able to reload money into it the person assisting me told me that it was pretty much a one time use after that I asked him to close the card info along with my account, I’m not 100% sure if that is what was done but like I said it’s better then not being able to contact anyone, their system is quite complicated and takes a lot of work to complete something so simple.

Only way you can reach them by phone is to call customer service and request a call back. If you stay on hold you’ll get an inaudible, static filled response which is designed to “make you go away”...

Anybody knows how to speak to a live representative? I've been trying. I'm using the number on the back of the card and on the website but the automatic phone operater don't give you the option to talk to a actually person. Someone help me please.

Contact Them On Facebook Just Search Green Dot Bank And Message Them U Will Get An Auto Reply So Just Type Your Name Phone Number And Ur Issue Keep Describing Ur Issue And U Will Get A Message From A Technician Saying We Need To Talk On The Phone To Fix Ur Problem Hope I Can Help You And Im Currently Getting A Refund Since The Card Wouldnt Work =)
