Whats cool about ghost is one person, with the help of makup and some facial addons, gives an awesome performance as all the singers of the group. I mean yea some of the band are changed out as they went and some lasted longer then others, but for one man to do each papa and the cardinal and keep each one doing some things different, is a challenge, but they are an awesome band none the less.

Not for sure. Some people say papa I and papa II is the same person. And they just had someone to play papa II when he took over. I believe Papa I, II and III is the same person.
