I loved what this beautiful soul said about peace- “it’s no longer being in that struggle” and for me it’s less resisting what it is that peeves me, what upsets me or puzzles me about people, situations or things. It’s knowing that my “goodness within” is a gift of God’s love for me as He dwells within me. The God above me, is the same God beneath me, around me, beside me every step of the way. I am a Ukrainian and I watch this channel because it helps me to stop sometimes and remember that the world is bigger than I can see. Each character in this project carries their own main idea, shares it, and it's incredible. Thank you for this episode, which is all about calm, about being yourself and living in peace. The phrase "peace agreement" between the warring countries upset me. Because we are the ones who also support the values of freedom and independence, and if we sign an agreement with a country that throws bombs at us, will we feel peace and tranquility? Will I ask myself in the morning, "What can I do today to feel at peace?" Will I meditate or reflect? No. Because I and my nation will not exist. Because this is the struggle for peace, but it is not yoga or meditation. Here, peace is gained by struggle, not by letting go of the situation. That's all I have to say.

Thankyou. For the person telling their story, with a personal history of childhood trauma, I can say that, you are enough. I thought I was not, for 43 years, however, with active healing from my seat of consciousness (that is curious, has no agenda and is 'the perfect parent') I was able to heal the child that held this belief. Passive meditation did not do the trick for me, I needed to activately go to the pain within. I wish you well finding your enoughness. Just don't give to much energy to the protective part that tells you no one has found that they are enough.❤
