How to u generally bid a large commercial job doesnt have to be exact just wondering roughly how much u try to make an hour and what do u tell the customer in the bid do u go off of sq footage or just give them a number?

You mentioned to me once to not put chemicals into my portable machine. I think I need better clarification. at 6:35 you mention you'd have a rinse chemical coming out of the wand if you used a high pH for cleaning. Would you only do that because you have a truck mount? Would I do the same with my portable if I used a high pH for cleaning or should I use another pump sprayer to apply the rinse and then just use the machine to wash it all away?

Same for portables, you would pre spray with cleaning solution, if it’s a high ph then add an all fiber rinse to your portable clean water tank. Follow directions on the bottle of how much. This way it’s doing the rinsing with the wand. It neutralizes the ph. In all other cases just water in your portable

@@honeyinder4015 I do go over the chemicals I use and talk alternatives in Canada. I don’t go into upholstery cleaning in the course. But you do get all 5 courses if you get the carpet cleaning course. Carpet, hardwood, tile, seo, and another.

Hey Tommy, I have Code Red, but I'm doing vlm w/ Oreck for the moment. I do purchase All Fiber Rinse. Is it okay if I spray down code red first then follow with rinse spray or do I combine them?

Code red is not for vlm. Get something like angry lemon by encapstore for high ph cleaner
