Well hang on a second. The only reason to have multiple employees is to do more volume. And with more volume comes more profit - so prices should actually stay the same or decrease as the company grows larger.

Can a low speed scrubber be used on any kind of floors and for multipurpose like grout cleaning, scrubbing concrete and stripping floors? Also what price would you charge for each task. Im wanting to start my own bisness and the pricing is my biggest problem

I started cleaning carpets a couple months ago after being a truck driver just got tired of long hours. I've been making about 800 a week but seriously only been working maybe 10 hours. So I can see the light just still building that foundation. Truly grateful for all the advice

Hey tommy if I plan on starting a business that’s mainly focused on tile, hardwood, and janitorial will your carpet cleaning course still cover areas that I will need to start my business? Even though I probably won’t be doing carpet from the start
@greenrhinoproject2 жыл бұрын
Well it steps you through building your foundation and business model. You can just apply it to tile and hardwood. Plus if you decide to add carpets you have all that info to look back on. The course is forever you can always go back.

Hey brother love the video. I’m new to the business owner operator with my own truck mount. I’m curious about the system you use to charge the customers over your phone that shows the price and items cleaned, do you have a special service for that where they can book the prices and it just gets detailed out to them did you create that?

My worry is not knowing all the information about the carpet fibers and ph level and using the right chemicals it sounds like it's complicated rocketscience and I don't want to ruin someone's carpets or upholstery. I took an online course about this and I ended up even more confused and overwhelmed.
