I’m particularly interested in what the law is. I’m not taking sides here but if this is merely a rule, it needs to be backed up with an ordinance and the ordinance needs to be backed up with a law. I can understand the concerns with the amount of people and the debris and so forth left behind that is not escaping my concern. What I’m interested in is there is a solicitor/attorney for the city and they probably are ignoring the law here and just hoping that people will abide by what their wishes are. This isn’t over yet.
