Aircrete Foam Generators Battle | Vac-n-Foam VS. FrankenFoam

Kaya Tom, you could use wood ash from old burns to make aircrete, along with some sand. The way to do this is to form the ashes into pellets or slabs, and you could just burn them again on one of your stoves. If you're not confident you can get a consistently high enough temperature for that, it may be prudent to form some firebricks into a kiln and feed a downdraft from a rocket stove (somehow) into its top. That way the air in the kiln remains the hottest.

The only way to increase rate of flow for this type of unit is increase the pipe length and make the mesh less dense. vacuum output is not designed for high pressure so you won't get it.
