Another lovely card, Brenda, and I love your helpful tips about stamping the flowers so that the punches are easy to line up. :-)

I love the Crushed Curry one too! I initially tried it with Daffodil Delight and it just wasn't strong enough. I think it would also work with Hello Honey :-)

What a beautiful card. Thanks for the tip about using the Stazon. I've been doing this for a year and a half and I had no idea. Your Stazon comes out much better than mine. I will start doing that!! You are amazing.
@KeenanKreations10 жыл бұрын
Thank you Nancy :-) Stazon is my favorite ink to use for black. It does tend to dry out too so be sure to keep that plastic lid plus the regular lid on when not using. I keep the clear plastic lid stuck to the regular lid with double Dimensionals. That way I don't lose it on my messy craft table :-) The other think is to keep it nice and inky. If it feels sticky, it needs to be reinked. Thanks for stopping by!

Keenan Kreations great tip again. Thank you!! :)

Nancy Remling I made two of these today with envelopes and they turned out beautiful. :)
@soozie4him30810 жыл бұрын
You also have to make sure your StazOn is well-inked. It dries out faster than regular ink, since it's a solvent ink, so make sure you have a reinker handy!! :-)
@NancyRemling10 жыл бұрын
I do ink it. Thanks for the tip. :)

I'm a sucker for flower stamp sets and didn't really need another one but the coordinating punch was the deciding factor :-) I also like the size of these flowers too.

What do you suggest if you don't have the punch? Cut out by hand?
@KeenanKreations9 жыл бұрын
Absolutely! I will still cut out images by hand :-) Be sure to use the smaller, precision cutting scissors and leave a tiny bit of white outside the edges. If you cut directly on the edge of the image, it's harder to keep it even. If you leave a little border, it's more forgiving if you're a little uneven.

Your videos are always done well. The instructions are easy to follow, and your voice is pleasant. (Some of the videos I've seen lately, the instructor takes forever and chats nonstop in a whiny voice) Thank you!

Thanks Lisa :-) I do not like the sound of my voice so I appreciate your comments. One of my customers told me that she listens to my videos at night to help her fall asleep!
@Lisapittsburghnurse10 жыл бұрын
I agree with Lisa, many of the videos I cannot watch because I think the demonstrators believe they are entertaining us and they are not...although I do appreciate their efforts, I cannot get past their "stinkin cute", and their Paula Dean exaggerated twangs!!

I'm glad you're enjoying my videos :-) They are not fancy and don't have a lot of "bells and whistles" but I do try to share tips and tricks along the way. I'm open for suggestions on anything you'd like to see demonstrated too - just let me know!
