Getting the number 1 pick is huge for filling holes on this roster. Even if you trade back from 1 to 2 and get an extra 2nd rounder it's just a huge oppurtunity to add extra talent, and if you have extra picks then you can move up from 33 and target a TE or WR you really like for Drake. Patriots had way too many missed drafts and really need to add young talent on both sides of the ball. Sign Tee Higgins, Sign Davante Adams. Get a 3 down back with speed. Get a legit TE. Spend money in FA to add talent to both lines.

Greg’s obsession with coaching makes me laugh. I also remember both of you defending Mac after it was obvious how much he sucked. Greg on Felger and Mazz dying on the “Josh Allen isn’t good” hill also the “Billy O’Brien will fix Mac jones” hill. It’s crazy how much airtime some of the people around here get who don’t actually watch the league outside of the pats. Greg is one of them.

This franchise and its fans don’t realize how important and different belichick was. He ran everything , he did it differently than rest of league….you lose him you lose your whole operation They need to change everything from the scouts to the position coaches to the analytics department to the gm and especially the clown show Head coach . I will laugh (then cry) if they fire coordinators and keep Mayo . How ridiculous is it to fire coordinators after one year , blaming them to save an inept clueless head coaches job when it’s his fault and lack of discipline , knowledge, direction, and culture all along
