My vote: should’ve said something innocuous to the girl after the Whoopsie, something like “you better grab that, someone could slip on it, I’ll take one and you take the other” and make it a team effort to find somewhere to throw it out. I wouldn’t go back later when you see the mom though, teaching moment has passed and princess wont grasp it, she already forgot all about it. As for the butter, girls should know there is French toast butter, grabbed that THEN refilled from the back. It’s ridiculous you had to source your own. I worked at one in 1995 starting at $4.25. It was a big deal when I worked the closing shift that they bumped you up to $5 for. Those years there brought some of the best times of my life and some of the worst. It's very eye opening, I think all higj school students should be required to do a semester working fast food.
