I know this video is 4 years old but I'd love to see a video on how to make the flybox. I'm not a touring tech, I just don't have a ton of space to store tools or a permanent workstation.

Hey Greg. Like someone said this video is about 4 years old yet I’ve watched it so many times recently. This is inspiring me to go ahead and build a portable guitar station for my guitars and fiddles etc. Thought this could come in use if I’m gigging to help me and other musicians if a bad situation arises. I’m actually using a Dewalt drill case as my case with the interior completely modded out.

Greg, great video as always. I too am a Boy Scout when it comes to carrying little things. One thing I don't see in your box that might be handy is a screwdriver magnetizers/demagnetizer cubes. I am fat-fingered so I need all the help I can get with tiny screws. Just a thought.

Good to hear. You have some things that I would like to have in my home workshop. Not a road dog like you, but I still like to be prepared. I dig your videos.. Keep doing them. There may be a young tech getting started who could learn a great deal from you. It creates good karma to help others, as you have.

Greg, I think it is good that referenced Harborfreight as a good place to buy tools. I recently bought a couple of rolling toolboxes from them and I love that store. Gene Baker turned me on to a couple of other places to buy tools and supplies. One is MSCDirect.com and the other is McMasterCarr.com. I find both good places to find just about anything. Cheers.

I do not. I always say I’m a medic out here, not a surgeon (luthier). I leave the heavy lifting to the guys that do that stuff everyday.
