Why would she lie stuff like that, that's what you need to ask her. And you need to find Cathy Scott, she wrote a book aswell, and ask her where did she get the authopsy photo!

Back in the day this guy showed up to a private investigator meeting in California promoting his book and making the same claim. I listened and knew he was lying. Tim Brennan and Bobby Ladd were the two Compton Police investigators that solve the murder. I was working the morning when Las Vegas PD showed up at the Compton Police station and were basically given the information after the raid where Orlando Anderson was arrested. Las Vegas PD investigators appeared inexperienced to me in dealing with gang related homicides. The 80s and 90s were rocking with the crack epidemic, and all the gang associated crimes. Rest in Peace Tim Brennan you were the best cop I met, worked with as a Compton Police Officer.

Hearing something on the streets and not being able to back up with evidence is not solving the case. Of course, Ladd and Brennan did not have the opportunity either, given it was not their case. However, without Kading their findings would still be hearsay. Keefe was caught because of what Kading did ultimately.
