Love Greg. He said something interesting, that only about two guys can play the style of O in which the QB is always in shotgun, and even the run game operates out of the shotgun. I might agree but it feels like I see shotgun as the primary setup on most plays in the NFL now. Correct me if I'm wrong, but the rare occasions when Caleb was under center and it wasn't a goal line situation, it was a dead giveaway that it was a run play. I certainly think the "under center" style needs to be recovered as the primary set, but QBs are just coming out of college having been in shotgun and doing RPOs all the time now.

I like Coach McCarthy. He has the right amount of maturity and experience. The 2025 NFL draft is coming up in April. I want Coach McCarthy at the helm in Chicago for the 2025 NFL draft. why havnt we won a play off game? We dont respect the QB position. We've wasted a ton of picks on it: 2 1st for cutty. 2 for fields. extra picks for mitch. We dont know how to draft offense. The Rams found Puka and kyren in the late rounds of the 2023 draft. the bears havnt found players that good in late rounds in all their drafts combined in their history.
