@spotschmoop My food processor of choice is Cuisinart, and I'm not saying this just because I was their national spokesperson and traveling teacher in the 1980s. My machines are from almost 30 years ago, and they still perform perfectly. When buying a food processor, consider how you'll be using it most of the time and opt for a size that will allow you to get the job done hassle-free. Look at KitchenAid machines, too. I've not worked with one, but they look quite user-friendly.

I have watched several of your videos. Thank you for such lovely directions and tasty recipes. In this particular video I notice your food processors in the background. I am curious which brand you prefer and why. It is on my wish list and since my husband just ruined our microwave (it's a LONG story -- actually, it's about a 4 min story and a bag of popcorn) -- he is replacing the microwave and getting a food processor to boot. Nice, huh? Thanks for any recommendations you might have.
