I just ran my first 5k last weekend with a time of 20 mins. It was all thanks to this man right here, he changed my life. He is what got me started working out and competing in races, he means so much to me yet I never got to tell him. He passed before I found him and his work. It hurts me that I can't tell him how much he has changed my life.... Miss you Greg, I never got to thank you personally but I just wanted to put this here. You passed too soon... You were an amazing person and I could really tell by the way you talked you loved fitness and helping people. God I wish you were still here making videos

When I discovered Greg 8 years ago, I was on the cusp of utter depression. Despite my best efforts (and some massive natural advantages over my peers), nothing seemed to work and I was miles behind everyone else. I was somewhat like a shotgun... unfocused, going after too many things at once, lacking genuine precision, Etc. Greg helped me focus and then refocus over and over again. Every time I think of him, my heart breaks. He was a great man. I'll remember him till my dying day.

in typical Greg fashion.....motivation just when I need it. This man saved me from going down a very dark path. I'll never forget that. I'm emotional just writing this. Thanks for the upload. "Life is yes guys, excuses create no."

matthewlawless1 Same here. Found his web site in 2012 and was hooked. Never met a man who talked as much truth as he did. His words got me out of a huge depression. If only I could thank him and shake his hand. The only thing I could do is spread his message and live a life with no fucking regrets.

"Learn how to dance in the rain and not waiting for the storm to pass" i analyze everything, and this for me was the best quote I heard. It reminded me of my grandfather and how he told me to always be happy and enjoy life even when it seems like shit hit the fan.

Such an amazing man. Took me from the 1-2 week spurs of really being productive to a lifestyle of never accepting average. If anyone has any doubts in their mindset, this man can really show you the person you can and will become. I can't explain in words how meaningful Greg has been in my life. Whenever I feel like slacking, giving up, or settling for "good enough" I can hear Greg's voice pushing me to persevere.
