Yep. I use my favorite Pyrex bowl. Water collected on top is easily removed with a paper towel. I use a pastry cutter in the same bowl to cut it up. Add mayo, mustard, etc. All in the same bowl. Thanks for the video about Heather. She inspired me to try a sourdough starter. Decided I don't like sourdough, but it was fun.

I'll be posting my egg salad video later this week...I do sourdough to but I still prefer good old white bread

I received one of these pots for a gift 2 years ago and never used it. Now seeing this I will have to try this. I was going to ask if you knew of any place i could find out where and how to use it and then i saw your steak video. My sister made an awesome German potato salad under pressure so i will have to get that from her, Thank you for sharing.

That’s BRILLIANT! What a great idea. I don’t have an Instant Pot, but a Breville Fast, Slow, Pro (ridiculous name, however much the same as an IP). I will need to figure out the pressure but this should be worth it. Thanks!

Great time saving tip! I hate peeling hard boiled eggs! I even bought plastic containers to break eggs into and boil them in them, to avoid the chore. My deviled eggs don't look quite the same,but they don't last long enough for anyone to notice. I'm new to your channel, I've really been enjoying your creativity in the kitchen!

That’s cool, Greg! Any way to do that without an instant pot? I don’t have one.
@gregscumberlachiakitchen3 жыл бұрын
you could probably put in a bowl inside a pan of boiling water for 15-20 minutes and simmer. I will actually have to try that out and see how it works.

I do the exact same thing in the microwave, It works great and only takes about 2 minutes check it after 2 minutes let sit a few minutes some microwaves may take a few seconds longer . I put in micro safe covered dish but have also done in uncovered dish, comes out the same way exactly. less hassle and less clean up .
