Lake Oroville is my home lake. Fished a bunch of amateur tournaments, never done really well but had a ton of fun. Other than spawn, it can be really tough for visiting fisherman. Good to see someone spending time there. I love that lake. BTW I remember when Sierra Nevada was just some guys doing home brew.

I guess I need to come out and fish some California lakes! They look completely different to what I'm used to but man are they beautiful! All I have near me is an extremely shallow lake and river that stays muddy...I get like 2-3 weeks a year where the fishing is awesome but thats it! lol...It just makes me appreciate it more when I get to fish somewhere good!
