First and foremost, it shouldn't even matter to you what someone can achieve naturally. Even if someone is natty, if they have elite genetics then you're not going to come anywhere close to their physique. The video Greg done on Quinton Eriya when he said he was natural, no one in the comments is ever going to get anything remotely close to that. Maybe the 0.00001%. So it shows even if the physique is natural its still unrealistic. Secondly, if you're lifting weights with the main purpose being to look a certain way then you've failed already.

So, it helped me, regardless of what you think or say. And yeah, maybe it shouldn't matter but it does; what can i say? And, i'll train hard to try to be at my best, whatever that may be. Plus, i love exercising. And, what's wrong in trying to look good and muscular? If it gets me moving and getting in shape, doing some cardio and eating healthy, it's a win in my book. Not sure it is my main purpose anymore but it started from there, that's for sure.

I've been following Kali since 2015 and Greg since 2018, I like them both. You have to honestly appreciate what Kali has done and where he came from. The man was in prison for 9 years and when released he didn't turn to crime, he motivated many people to get in shape, he wrote a book, he created his own pre workout, he made hip hop albums, he made commercials. He became one of the biggest fitness KZbinrs then and even today. He has always kept it real and promoted hard ass training and eating accordingly. Kali made fitness fun and interesting with his personality, in some ways he reminds me of Rich Piana. Consider Kali has never stepped on the Olympia stage but his personality made him more famous and likable than most fitness youtubers and pro bodybuilders today. I also have lots of respect for Greg and his honesty about fitness, training and dieting.

Also some people can get really impressive looking even without ped's (I mean, look at people with myostatin deficiency, or Greg when he claimed to be at his natty genetic limit), so don't go assume everyone explaining their own gains with genetics is on ped's.

I have two teen sons and I'm constantly trying to keep their body image expectations in check because all these celebs like the Rock, Chris Hemsworth and fake nattys are telling us 'well all you need to do is get to the gym at 4am train 4-5 hours per day, eat this/that follow my program, buy my cookbook', and then leave out the fact that they take illegal drugs that enhance their physique. My son (15 yo)is a top 20 ranked swimmer here in Australia and can seated row 2.5 times body weight 140pound 6"2. He's as skinny as a rake. Bodybuilding is the cause of body image problems with young men...its not a sport, it's a fashion show...sorry but the health of my two sons is important. Just be honest...I would love to Greg apply the FFMI to himself...he never talks about that index . Wonder why?
