its possible! lose 40lbs of muscles with a crash diet, start to workout and eat properly again and surprise! there you have 40lbs of muscles in 6 months naturally! I do believe many of these Hollywood actos are natty, how? Cause they do not gain the amount of muscle they say, c’mon. They gain 10lbs of muscle which is very much possible and makes you look way different. Then some water inside the muscle and then lie a little bit and say you gained 40lbs even tho you only gained 25lbs total weight muscle and everything added. Aaron Taylor-Johnson here, does he look like he gained 40lbs of muscle? No, he doesn’t. I have gained like 70lbs of muscle in 13 years almost six of which I have been on gear. I don’t even look like the same Person I looked like natty and as my max natty after gaining around 40lbs I didn’t look even close the same I looked before starting to hit the gym.

They get oiled, airbrushed, shot from flattering angles, it is the film industry. But I am 6 2 250-260lbs or 188cm and 110-115kg and I would make Chris Hemsworth look like a stick figure. He is a bit taller than me and weights like less than 200lbs in film condition. It is the show biz. That being said, some of them def use gear but not at the doses people naively think and not tren. In the actor's defense he had a good solid base of muscle since Godzilla. If he got in movie shape naturally, it was because the muscle base was already there, he just got ripped and maybe, just maybe he was able to add 5 pounds of new muscle. I think as part of the PR campaign for these super hero movies, the production company puts some fantastical spin on how amazing the lead actor transformed his body, saying he just got ripped and added five pounds of muscle isn't terribly impressive, even though it is tbh. They need to pump these actors up as much as possible to help the sales and clap the back of the actors "he does his own stunts in this movie, and one of them was absolutely amazing" "he gained 40 pounds of muscle for this role, NATURALLY" "he lost 70 pounds for this role, to become the character he was playing" its a cheap attempt to make the otherwise boring/terrible movie interesting.

He doesn't look much bigger than he did in his early years. I don't know about his time frame, but his physique is pretty attainable with hard work.

132,000 excess calories is hard to do ‘clean’. And 132,000 excess calories is hard to convert to only muscle naturally

Doesn't matter if someone thinks it's not too big to be natural. A movie star did not make a transformation naturally.
