Drinking and doing drugs disappointing my Parents was the best thing for me. After 4 years, I got clean at 24. I couldn't live with my relationships with those dearest to me deteriorating. If you can't start your recovery for yourself, I found beginning with doing it for those I loved was enough to make progress and eventually make a shift to doing it for myself after redeveloping my self-love. Help is certainly what he needs. A healthy mix of being told by his loved one that he's an idiot but still loved is important

Typically, I am one of those people who doesn't really say much negative stuff about "influencers". Choosing to only talk positive when I do and let the people live their life how they want to live. However ever since I've watched Togi for the first time, he's been an exception. It's honestly worrying and the fact it is broadcasted to people (who can be very impressionable) is just abhorrent. I really do hope he changes his ways and gets some help whether publicly or privately, otherwise he's digging his early grave. My morbid prediction is that if he doesn't change his ways soon, he WILL be hospitalized at some point in the near future, and he'll have to make a choice. Hope is doesn't get to that point and if it does, he goes down the right path. We all have unhealthy habits, none of us are perfect, but Togi seems to have little control when feeding these habits. Once again, hopefully Togi has a change of heart and addresses these issues. I don't think Togi is a truly happy person.

At last... I have just gone into remission from bone and blood cancer, I've found out that due to all the chemo my test is on the floor. Here in the good ok uk they dont treat with trt (to expensive) having been natural I was thinking about doing a light cycle of anava. But having heard you just say that PEDs will help cancer cells grow, if I happen to have 1 cell that's floating around I don't need it multiplying. . So that's my mind made up. Cheers dude.
