41:50 You are absolutely correct Mike. I hear people saying what great drivers they are and that's why they haven't been in an accident - nothing to do with it. I was driving home from work, blue skies. Driving along a motorway at the very last second an elderly driver in a big SUV pulled right out in front of me - I braked but hit the middle of his car. Couldn't move my legs. Broke my spine in two places, crushed disc at L5/S1. I am literally living since with chronic pain, its never going away. Medication, side effects are part of life. Cannot sit down because the injury is right at waist height, I'm sitting on the injury causing more pain. Cant lie down without it either. Devastating. But you guys make me laugh.

Harry Nilsson wrote I guess the Lord Must be in New York City for the film "Midnight Cowboy". The Director, John Schlesinger, had been using Harry's track "Everybody's Talkin'" as a temporary soundtrack to the opening titles. After commissioning Harry and several others (Joni Mitchell, Bob Dylan) to write songs, Schlesinger opted to use "Everybody's Talkin'", which is now familiar for having been used in that movie.

great episode... although,,,, "you gotta stand up because your'e gonna go into shock", is very unhelpful advice in a situation where there's very possible spinal and head trauma... By holding him up you propably killed him. It doesn't matter... I love this podcast!!!
