Hi. We trained using a pencil only. You can change the playback settings for faster speeds, by the way.

60-80wpm. But if I were you, I will practice a lot at the speed of 110wpm para easy na for you ang 60-80wpm dictation.

Thanks for checking out my video! I'm sorry for late reply. Personally, I only know about Samson College in Cubao who offers Steno short courses. I may have to check with them kung mayroon pa rin until now. Pero there are other training institutions or groups that are recognized by Civil Service and/or SC.
