Hey Greg, I've crossed your path many times in the past but mostly on POD content. I love that you are one of the marketers out there 'exposing' how AI blog articles (and more) are easing our marketing efforts, but also that Google doesn't know if the person who wrote the article is an expert on the topic or not. Yet AI is not going anywhere soon and can be leveraged on KZbin as a great strategy! Except you made a mistake... AI can recreate human-like avatars who can speak your content for you without the need for people to be on camera. But yes AI is limited if selling physical products or demonstrating physical products.

I have literally just started to research Affiliate Marketing today with a view to creating a second income for myself and to encourage my daughter to do the same. I do have a couple of questions. Please forgive me if they sound a little silly. [1] why would someone purchase from my website when they can go direct to (ie.) Amazon? [2]. does the buyer know they're buying from (ie.) Amazon? Is it a 'click through' type scenario where they start on my website & end up on (ie.) the Amazon website?

In almost every niche; if the word tshirt is attached to the main word, then the niche is shown as Red (high competition) and otherwise when looking for only the niche word, It is in Green (low competition). So it gets very confusing. Can you please guide???

Good question! I’d start with whatever you have around the house. Since you can join Amazon’s affiliate program for free, you likely have things from Amazon already. Using those to get started and then you’ll be generating income to buy anything specific you want to make content about 👍

I have tried different methods of affiliate marketing and have never been able to make sales even tho I've went thru written articles and made sure all seo was done and still haven't gotten any real traffic. Is there any ways other than social media to promote links?

I think it's ultimately because they are written articles. I've spent roughly $100k on writers to write thousands of written articles and even my websites have gone down ever since artificial intelligence became a thing. I think creating real original videos is the best way forward. The traffic is organic and starts very fast, without any marketing or advertising needed. I think that would solve your problem and make you more money than trying to save the written articles 👍
