Always enjoyed RV factory tours. Lived in Iowa and did Winnebago tour and others as we traveled. Never had the darker exterior as wondered about more heat and fad from the sun. Thanks for showing your plant.

I love New Horizons. Not to be confused with the Rehabilitation center. My only minor, non deal killing, issue is the rear cap design. Here in the Northwest we have just a few days of rain. On the 362 and a half rainy and/or foggy days, the water drips down on the ledge of the rear cap. This dripping causes splashing onto the window. If the window is open, water splashes in. Over time mildew begins to grow on the ledge and splash radius. Occasionally, when I'm being lazy or forget to clean the said mildew, moss begins to grow around the window. To remedy this and update the rear cap style, bevel the "ledge" and bring the side spears all the way down from the top and taper them to the beveled former ledge. Redesigning or buying a completely different style rear cap will work too. Ask yourself, which RV manufacturer is struggling and would sell us their rear caps or molds, close to cost just to keep their people employed. Or perhaps you've already purchased or aquired the rights of another RV components manufacturer in the past. There could be a rear cap design in those old boxed up files. Just a thought. I loved the old Carriage units with the bay window in the rear cap. Those were great looking rear caps. Not sure how well they held up or issues they had. But they sure were different than all others. I saw one which had an actual arched transom window over the bay window. Pretty amazing. Although most would delete the arched window for more storage. The absence of aluminum studs is a great thermal improvement. Almost everything can be hung without punching a hole an exterior wall. Interior walls can have just about as many 2x2 wood studs as you'd like. Specify where you thing you're going to need a place to hang heavy items so the amazing sales team at New Horizons find a solution. They can add reinforcements to exterior walls with aluminum plates and studs. On interior walls they can add more studs, mounting plates, and/or plywood between the studs during the build. This way you dont need to rip a wall apart to add support yourself. Nor would you accidentally put a massive hole in the wall when the shelf you put up collapses. Or your 200 year old, 120 pound priceless grandfather clock rips the wall out during transit. This happened to a friend and fellow full time traveler. An entire four foot section of wall was ripped apart. Not only was the clock heavily damaged, but they lost a window, three cabinet doors, slide fascia, and had extensive damage to the retracted exterior slide wall, linoleum, and a whole lot of embarrassment. The misses got the larger window she had wanted. But they still had to remove the slide box in order to rebuild that end and properly reframe for the larger window. Of course now it's a great story and everyone can laugh about it. I certainly do. That's it for my long winded response to a little issue with the rear cap design. Cheers from Seattle!

I must say I am impressed. You're the only company I've seen that actually thinks about possible leaks under your washer/dryer so it doesn't damage the rig. Do you do the same for dishwashers? Big thumbs up!

We have had two Tetons. Looking at others is disappointing when quality is wanted. The Horizons are no doubt the replacement for the Tetons of old.

What type of HVAC systems do you install in these units? I did notice the the heater vents are in the walls and inland. ai like that a lot better then the ones in the floor for mess to go down in and weakening the floor.
