The FOA system teaches 3 initial bottom sidewall moves:
Layer 1 : Quick Rake
Layer 2: Power Rake
Layer 3: Reverse Clamp
Then 3 initial Top Sidewall moves:
Layer 4: Clamp
Layer 5: Clamp Plunger
Layer 6: True Plunger
This basic set up shows how to train the progression of each move from a stationary position. Focusing on one layer for 5-10 minutes each day at home will help you refine your technical efficiency and it will help you expand your overall movement set to branch off into more advanced versions of these moves.
