This atmosphere you show is what makes the real world go round. Nice video. Across the street from the meat market is a shoe repair place with an "English Spoken" sign outside. If there's a place to sit go in and chat with the owner and landlord of mine Alejandro. He is an icon of Emiliano Zapata I tell you. This place is a trip. His old sewing machines through the other door are something else as well. I like this man and his brother a lot.

Watch each of your videos' at least 3 or 4 times.....While I don't often comment, this is one of the best. It's real, its informative and you get to see what Mexico is all about. The culture, the people and thank goodness, the food !! Been to Vallarta many times, but always leave when the ship pulls out. Have made friends with many vendors that work the "straw market" by the pier, have shared shots of tequila, and have helped the economy by purchasing their lovely products. Keep doing what you do, you both are great ambassadors and if you pay attention to what you both have to share.....its' almost....ALMOST as good as walking next to you as you explore and share your new home. We are in the process of moving from So.Cal. to a mid-Atlantic state...but my dream is so sit on that beach.....watch the sunsets, and enjoy the culture and life of our neighbors to the south.

For awhile, we were doing hauling the garafons uphill 2 blocks before our 60 steps up. While it was quite the workout, we ended up buying a Berkey water filter (from Amazon) that we just refill with tap water in PV and it works exellent! We now always have water we can drink without making the trip down the hill.
@bewellstaywellnetwork5 жыл бұрын
These filters can take dirty pond water and make it drinkable. PV has pretty good water in general compared to the rest of Mexico. Luckily, we don’t live in Flint, Michigan.
@bewellstaywellnetwork5 жыл бұрын
I can respect that. However, for clarification, Berkeys are actually classified as water purifiers (which is a higher level of classification than just a filter). “All Berkey systems contain the Black Berkey Filters and meet the Water purifier standard. In fact, Berkey Purifiers far surpass this standard and actually remove 99.9999999% known as a log 9 reduction, when dealing with pathogenic bacteria. This distinction is what makes Berkey the only certifiable gravity flow water purification system.”
