Amazing landing! Didn't even make a sound! Loved watching the shadow move across the ground, too - that was great! Didn't take long for that windshield to clear out once the throttle was firewalled! It was clear, and you were deep into the triple-digits before I even realized it. Always great to watch! Speaking of boating, back when my dad retired, he picked up a Sea Fox center console. The very first time he, my brother, and I headed out into Cape Cod Bay, it was as smooth as a mill pond! I've lived here my entire life and had never seen the bay that calm before. Didn't think it was possible up until then! What an amazing first outing! Could see dolphins everywhere - they were running on both sides of the bow as we were under way! Wish I had something better than a flip phone in those days, but still managed to get some amazing pictures. I'll never forget that. Anyway, thanks for another great vid, as usual, Greg!

These killer landings that Greg nails reminds me of a commercial flight years ago. We were coming into Atlanta on an L1011 (heavy) and we hit the runway so hard it knocked open the overhead bins. The pilot immediately came on the com and said, "Ladies and gentlemen, that perfect landing was brought to you by our co-pilot, Mr. ____." The cabin roared with laughter.

Nice video. I'm curious about your thoughts towards the demise of Lear Jet. You fly a jet that was discontinued even though it was superior in many ways to jets that are in production today, and having flown in a Lear 31, I believe the Lear is superior in several ways to some of its rivals (the ability to cruise at FL500 westbound, above the jet stream comes to mind). I think one of its downfalls was the lack of a single pilot option. It's always sad to see a pioneer fall by the wayside.

Greg, thanks SO much for taking the time to give us these videos! They one so many memories for me, evoking a "lost" world I came to love. I flew co-pilot on a Lear 24 back in the 70s, when you didn't need to be Typed yet. As a woman, I was very useful because I could get so much out of ATC...straight-in approaches, higher FLs, etc. (Why don't you ever ask for higher altitudes??) I was always awed watching the terminator as we flew north, or climbing out fast enough at sunset to make the sun "rise" again, or watching our "glory" surround our shadow on a cloud deck below. It is a beautiful world up there!

Multi million dollar jet and a $1.00 bolt of water to clean off the windows priceless LOL Did that bottle come with the jet? lol Sorry I had to. I am not a pilot, it was a dream from a young age to be one. My father took us to air shows and plane museums since a young age and I have done the same with my wife and 3 kids, we still have a picnic at the end of the run ways just to plane watch but I decided to spend all my money on drag and muscle cars and went after being a Cylinder head porter and engine builder and I love all of it but I can not get planes out of my system. I have enjoyed watching all your video's, actually several of them many times. I really appreciate you taking the time to make these video's and sharing them with us, same as your side trips etc you have shared an I love the attention to detail, professionalism and you taking the time to explain why and how but we need more, maybe 1 new one a week :) Thank you Greg!

I gave a little P1D nod on the radio and got an “ohhhh yeah” back. You are one of my inspirations in flying and I look up to you and love your story and channel. So cool!
