Sorry to hear about the Shingles & pain. I have had them several times with my first outbreak in my 20's to my surprise. My most recent outbreak almost 2 years ago. Thankfully I have not experienced much pain at all mainly just annoying & exhaustion prior to outbreak. I find the biggest help is covering the lesions with band aids to prevent clothing from rubbing against them & makes a tremendous difference. The last time I lost strength in my arm on the side of my body where the outbreak was. Prior times they have always been around my waist. I do not get vaccinations or shots of any kind whatsoever. The good Lord has blessed & taken very good care of me to which I am very grateful. I hope you regain your strength soon & no further outbreaks. Take Good Care! Glad your back.

That looks yummy I’ll give it a try I only have Mexican 3 times a month so I haven’t tried this version I love your vegetable center piece it pretty I want to try to grow these Mama Rosa peppers I google to find the seed thanks I love to eat just peppers to snack on Thanks
